Multi-level marketing

Multi-level marketing or better known as MLM is a marketing strategy that makes use of two revenue streams from direct sales of the products they are selling and from the commission that is derived from the sales of recruited team members. This recruited team members is referred to as the participant's "downline", and can provide multiple levels of compensation. Most of the time to become a member the recruits would need to shell out huge about of money as membership fee and initial products to sell.

MLM is also referred as pyramid selling, network marketing, and referral marketing.

Pyramid scheme - is an illegal business model that recruits members who would need to pay a FEE to join with a promise of payments or services for enrolling others into the scheme, it does not offer any investments or sale of products or services. As recruiting multiplies, recruiting becomes saturated and it would be impossible to recruit more, and most members are unable to profit; as such, pyramid schemes are unsustainable and often illegal.

Pyramid scheme or pyramid scam is a quick rich scheme it cannot continue very long.

Multi-level marketing (MLM) is not a Pyramid scheme - if you are engage in MLM make sure that most of the money that you make is based on your sales to the public, if it is it may be a legitimate multilevel marketing plan. If the money you make is based on the number of people you recruit and your sales to them, it is not legitimate and it is a "pyramid scheme" (Pyramid SCAM). Pyramid schemes are illegal, and the vast majority of participants lose money.

Network marketing is a type of business opportunity that is very popular with people looking for part-time, flexible businesses. Some of the best-known companies in the US that engage in network marketing includes Avon, Mary Kay Cosmetics and Tupperware.

Pluggle is a Scam

Pluggle Scam, scam, Pyramid scam

Pluggle Scam, scam, Pyramid scam

Yes, it's a one big scam infact it is a best example of a pyramid scam. If you invest your time in money here I'm not gonna sugar coat it, you have been scam.

Even their name and logo "Pluggle" is an obvious shameless copy of Google. So what is Pluggle? According to them it's a business who is engage in advertising and their members get paid by creating traffic. It's an affiliate marketing that targets the Philippines. Their payment processor is Coins.ph. They said that the company is based in Malaysia and started operating in the Philippines last April 2017.

How do you earn on Pluggle?

Pluggle Scam, scam, Pyramid scam

1. If you sign up you'll get Php100 bonus.
2. You also get Php100 by logging into your account within 12 days daily.

What's the catch?

You have to pay Php1,000 to purchase a code that is needed to activate your account. After that you won't be able to withdraw since you need at least 2 referrals that will also buy the codes for you to be able to cashout your earnings.

It's a clear cut Pyramid Scheme, you pay Php1,000 and then you’re paid directly and also residual to recruit others to do the same. As with all pyramid schemes, once the recruitment process starts to die down there will be no money to pay the affiliates and the company will shut down. And your downline that paid you and did not get their money will hunt you down, they will surely contact the authorities and you'll get sued. You will need a sponsor to sign up.

They also offer a VIP account that cost Php5000

It's really easy to know why Pluggle is a scam, their website sucks. If you visit pluggle.com.ph and click on "Privacy Policy & Terms of Use" it will lead you nowhere. They are even too lazy to copy other websites Privacy Policy & Terms of Use. Their dashboard was hastily done, most of the links don’t work.

They said that Pluggle is an advertising company but they don't advertise anything their only product is the code which cost Php1,000 and recruiting people.

They will temp you of the possible earnings since they say that you will easily recover the Php1,000 code, because you will get Php100 sign up bonus + 1,200 (visit the website for 12 days straight) your total bonus is php1,300. In the end you get Php300 profit.

But you still can't cashout since you need a minimum of php2,000 and two recruits. Once you have two recruits and you have enough money you won't still be able to cashout. Why? Because you still need to sell activation code, meaning your downline should also be able to recruit someone before you can cashout.

You may have Php5,000 sitting in your account in Pluggle which really looks great but you can just stare at it since you can’t sell activation code. Selling activation code is the only way to withdraw your money.
