Multi-level marketing or better known as MLM is a marketing strategy that makes use of two revenue streams from direct sales of the products they are selling and from the commission that is derived from the sales of recruited team members. This recruited team members is referred to as the participant's "downline", and can provide multiple levels of compensation. Most of the time to become a member the recruits would need to shell out huge about of money as membership fee and initial products to sell.

MLM is also referred as pyramid selling, network marketing, and referral marketing.

Pyramid scheme - is an illegal business model that recruits members who would need to pay a FEE to join with a promise of payments or services for enrolling others into the scheme, it does not offer any investments or sale of products or services. As recruiting multiplies, recruiting becomes saturated and it would be impossible to recruit more, and most members are unable to profit; as such, pyramid schemes are unsustainable and often illegal.

Pyramid scheme or pyramid scam is a quick rich scheme it cannot continue very long.

Multi-level marketing (MLM) is not a Pyramid scheme - if you are engage in MLM make sure that most of the money that you make is based on your sales to the public, if it is it may be a legitimate multilevel marketing plan. If the money you make is based on the number of people you recruit and your sales to them, it is not legitimate and it is a "pyramid scheme" (Pyramid SCAM). Pyramid schemes are illegal, and the vast majority of participants lose money.

Network marketing is a type of business opportunity that is very popular with people looking for part-time, flexible businesses. Some of the best-known companies in the US that engage in network marketing includes Avon, Mary Kay Cosmetics and Tupperware.

Yolo Make It Happen is owned and operated by  Gamie Arroyo. It say that their business model is MLM with Binary system and E-commerce store. They offer a website for onine business for only Php300 membership fee starter package. You can also opt for the Ripple Package that cost Php 8,000. Their website works like LAZADA, OLX, Ebay and ALIBABABA in which their affiliate members can make money by selling their products online or other sellers products. They have mixed Multi-level marketing (MLM) in their business since you can also make money by referring sellers or members into their program.    

Their payment system are coins.ph, Palawan, Cebuana, Lbc, BDO, Metrobank, BPI, Smart Money, PAYMAYA/GCASH, and Paypal.

How to Make Money on Yolo Make It Happen?


There are Three ways to make money on Yolo Make It Happen.
1. Recruit people - You can make Php 60 for Direct referrals, Php80 for Pairing, the  Unilivel is up to 5th level and Matching bonus up to 5th level.
2. Sell your products on their online store
3. Sell other sellers products as an affiliate. You will be the one to set the commission for each sale.

Verdict:


YOLO may have a great business model since there a lot of sellers that want to sell their products and resellers that want to earn commission on those sales. However, again YOLO is concentrating on recruiting as the main driver of income as you can see on their model below and it looks like a pyramid. You need to recruit people in order to make serious cash.

If you check out their online store, it looks pretty basic. You can make a better looking store on Facebook, OLX etc. As for the affiliate selling, how can they sell if the main seller is also selling on YOLO obviously they will have lower prices.

Since highly concentrated ang income nila sa pag recruit ng bagong members may pagka Pyramid Scheme eto. You can still give them a chance since they are new they just operated this January 2017, however you will be taking a HUGE RISK!
